We speak to your electrician/project-manager and provide the necessary details to make the installation seamless, insuring the most opportune location is used (electricity, air, lighting floor space, flow).
Our company puts you in contact with multiple suppliers of raw materials and guide you insuring that everything is a perfect fit for YOUR company.

Initial Contact
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
IMS delivers all your machinery directly to your door. We arrange for any paperwork, brokerage, duties on your behalf.

Our factory trained technicians arrive to de crate and install the machinery on your floor.
​
We coordinate with your team leader so the machines are erected quickly and with little down-time.
ON SITE TRAINING
Once the machine is properly installed by our technician. We begin to train your personnel on the functioning of the physical machine.

In addition we explain all warning stop motions and explain how to change any useable parts, along with trouble shooting various errors that may appear while running.

MAINTENANCE
The IMS line of headwear machinery, requires minimal maintenance. We supply all machines with basic spare parts and carry a comprehensive supply of parts and electronic boards.

IMS sends out short videos and instructions to remind customers on how to effectuate any minor repair and changing of usable parts on the machines. These can be received by contacting us directly or through our YouTube channel (IMSTEXTILES)
REPAIR
Should it be necessary to have a technician on site for repair or training of new personnel.

We can arrange to have one of our technicians to coordinate with you to arrive quickly so as to have the least down-time possible.

Moreover, we try to initially correct any issue over the phone or via the web (at no additional cost to you).
